My nephew just drove my sisters car over the border into the US. The car was being sold and currently does not have insurance but has valid plates. How was he not stopped at the border for not having insurance? Do they not check to see if car is insured?

Single Parent...am I crazy?

My son is a dual citizen (Canadian-American), and is 18 months old. His father who is a US citizen, has been working in Canada on a work visa for the last 4 years, and has been transferred back to the US. I am a Canadian citizen. Is there anyway that I can obtain a green card or visa, so that all three of us can move to the USA and we can parent our son together without us getting married?

me and my ex have an 11 month old little boy and i have just found out that my ex is dating again which is fine. However, I found out tht my ex has started dating and is bringing the woman over while our son is with him. I expressed when i allowed our son to spend time at his dad's that I do not want our son involved in his personal life, and if and when he meets someone he wants to settle down with, than he and i should talk and he can than introduce our son to his gf. My ex is a serial dater and I don't want a million girls walking in and out of my sons life.

Am i wrong to believe this and for implementing it in our parental agreement?

Does anyone know where i can find any information on the impacts of dating in front of your child?

I can use any advice i can get

For the past couple weeks, the new mail indicator on both my yahoo toolbar, and the yahoo homepage has periodically shown that i have mail, sometimes, showing that i have a large quantity of messages, and I have none (or a couple when it says i have 9 new messages)

i dont want to sound stupid, but ive been getting pains for the past two days that feel like my cervix is being ripped open. Quite painful, but lasts no longer than a few minutes. I am still carrying quite high, not sure if that makes a difference at all. Can you let me know if this is normal and what the pain could be?

i hate laying on my back and tanning, and its becoming obvious that i hate it because my back is a very nice brown color. i do work, but my shifts have been cut dramatically down to one time per week for the summer. I do have an incredible educational backround, but i just cant seem to motivate myself to go out and find another job, i dont know if its fear of becoming a real grown up and working the same place the rest of my life...the only motivation i have is to go to the beach everyday...

Does anyone have any tips on how i can motivate myself a little more to start being a responsible person?
