What are the correlations between time travel and the akashic record? Is time travel objective or subjective?

What the hell is the akashic record? Since time travel hasnt been proven to be physically possible whether it is objective or subjective seems an empty question - however, it would have to be objective wouldnt it? Unless you're talking about the time travel experiences of someone waking from a drug trip.
