how many time takes for a test in the mouth to disappear?

ex.sour,sweet,salty,bitter,etc.

    Are you asking "How much time does it take for a taste in the mouth to disappear?"

    Sweet, sour, salty and bitter tastes usually disappear within a 2 or 3 minutes.

    Spicy flavors, like hot chili peppers, can take a bit longer.

    You are not very clear, but a taste test takes only a few second and may last for a minute or two until the saliva washes it away.
