講個真人真事的笑話。

前陣子跟大學學長們聚會，其中一位已是某上市公司老總。有次公司被告，他被「請」到美國來出庭。我們很好奇他的出庭經驗，其實是想看他‘菜英文’怎麼使公司脫困。
