on a 1999 chevy block?

im adding a turbo kit stage 2 171 whp,195wtq @ 8 psi is it safe on the block?and i would i need a aftermarket raditor?and water pump?

the kit has:maniflod,housing,inter cooler pipes,blow off values,air inlet system,fuel injectors,fuel control unit,oil lines,wiring hardware,

    a new radiator and water pump wouldn't be a bad idea but it might not be necessary

    I would think the determining factor is not so much the block, they are mostly all the same anyway, but the compression ratio. The higher the compression, the lower the boost you will be able to safely run. I'd think 8psi is on the high side.

    Its is up to you because if you up grade the radiator and the water pump , the engine would be cooler and the coller the engine is more power you will be getting out of it
