I am a senior HR practitioner, latterly with a leading financial services employer in England, after an early career in retail banking. I have over 20 years' experience in management, and am a regular contributor to a forum on employment matters hosted by my professional body, the CIPD. Other interests include reading, cars & driving, audio and hi-fi, music, and financial matters. Now live in SW England with wife and various pets.
